Intimate sound scales bath
The sound dishes bath works deeply relaxing so that your entire body can rest.
Surrounded by unique handmade sound dishes you lie comfortable and at ease. Space fills with pure, beautiful sounds that come to you through your hearing, but above all through resonance of the body cells. Sound is vibration. The powerful vibrations produced by the scales move through space and body in a wave movement. You are carried by the soft waves of enchanting sounds and bathe, as it were, in an invisible sea.
During and/or after a sound bowl bath you can experience a so-called "Soundhealing." This experience can be revealed in various ways such as:

The sound bowl bath lasts about two hours. On reception herbal tea is drunk so that the transition from day to day to rest is gradual and you can have the sound dishes bath in complete rest. When there is interest and need, I like to explain about the sound scales and their effect.
When we have let go of the hectic of every day we start with the land. When you are not grounded you may lose contact with your own body. This is often because you're too much in your head. Good grounding is essential to open the energy pathways to be connected to the earthly and conscious connection to the present moment.
Grounding is done by standing with both legs in a full-body scale. After taking a relaxed posture, the scale is struck and the powerful vibrations of this scale flow through your feet and legs in upward flows through your body. Through the vibrations of the Full-body scale, your attention is fully drawn to your body.
The energy field that has reduced to your head is restored from below your feet to above your crown. The energy flows are being opened and you feel like you're part of the Universe. This is a very special and strong experience.
After the grounding follows the extensive Sound Scales bath according to the authentic methodology of the Himalayan healers. Various types of scales, each with its own unique characteristics and vibration, are used. Like the Mustang shells or the Full Moon scales.
Afterwards, you will be returned in peace to the here and now. We close the session by drinking purely cleaned water to drain waste and everyone goes home completely relaxed.
