Intuitive cooking workshop
We like to take you to our kitchen. Together with up to 6 participants, we will share our knowledge and experience in the field of healthy nutrition with you in an interactive and intuitive manner.
Be surprised and inspired by discovering new ways to look at nutrition.
Thanks to the limited number of participants, there is sufficient personal attention and space for questions.

4 p.m. 4.30 p.m. 1 Introduction and cup of tea with some delicious
4.30 p.m. 5.15 p.m. Short presentation with some theory and we activate the taste buds (blindfold tasting)
5 p.m. 7 p.m. Intuitive cooking together with explanation of kitchenware and medicinal herbs that can be used in the kitchen
7 p.m. 2 p.m. Joint food
8:00 a.m. 8:30 p.m. Closure
