Lifeline (L.I.P.) arrangement

At Nova Wageningen we work small-scale, with attention and time for each individual. Therefore we organize L.I.P. setups in small groups of up to 8 people.

A Lifeline setup, also called Life Integration Process (L.I.P.), is a soft but deeply functioning form of systemic composition.

You go through the different stages of your life again. From the unborn child to who you are now. In this process, you meet yourself again.

It makes you feel how you deal with yourself and how it works in your relationships and daily life. It's a powerful way to land yourself firmly again.

What are we gonna do?

We work in a small group of 6 to 8 people, where everyone gets room for their own process. The afternoon or evening starts with a brief explanation and a hand-out about the different stages of life. Then we follow the lifeline step by step, in which other participants represent earlier phases in your life.

You don't have to do anything about it or understand it; It's about experience and meeting.

In those encounters a deeper contact with yourself unfolds.

There's movement and space again.
