Psychodynamic Movement
Sometimes motivating yourself can be difficult. You feel that movement will be good to you, but the step to actually move on to the actual doin continues.
In a small group we meet early in the morning to be together in silence. We reflect on the last week and then we focus on our breathing, on what intentions we want to put for the week to come and turn our attention inward for a short time.
Then we start paying attention to our bodies, massaging the places in our bodies that require attention and stretching our muscles. Intuitively we look at what movement we need.
Then we go outside and make we are ready to activate our body and increase the pace of our heartbeat. We train in and with nature and, partly depending on group dynamics, we see what is needed. No training will be the same.
It doesn't always have to be hard or exhausting. It's not always about the amount of calories we burn or the number of kilograms that the scale shows. The important thing is that we get in our skin and stay put. It's about learning to listen to our body, to understand the signals and to feel what our body really needs.
This 1.5 hours is an investment in yourself. A conscious choice to pay attention to yourself, to stand still and to move yourself.
Not hard, not hard, not hard rules... No, your presence is sufficient and you set your own pace; That's the point. Nothing needs to be forced.
We finish every training with a short sharing: We briefly share how we feel, what we have experienced and affirm our intentions and challenges for the week.
